Our offices are open Monday to Fridays, 8am to 6pm.

We offer our therapy treatments at various times from Monday to Friday, including evening appointments.

Communications Policy

At Talk Liverpool we work with a range of different people, with varying needs. We strive to meet any specific communication needs where possible for those we support. We will record any communication needs on our secure patient records system (IAPTUS) meaning anyone working with you will be able to see whether any adjustments are needed. 

Resolving issues and making complaints

We always try to provide the best possible care. However, we know we don’t always get it right. If you have concerns or an issue that you would like to be resolved please phone us at Talk Liverpool in the first instance and ask to speak to a manager.
